How do I view products in AR?
On any product page, tap the “View in Your Space” button to launch augmented reality.
You’ll be able to place the piece in your room, walk around it, and check proportions in real time.
What devices support AR?
Most modern smartphones and tablets support AR.

iPhone / iPad: iOS 13 or later

Android: ARCore-supported device
If you don’t see the AR button, your device may not support AR or you may need to update your system software.
Do all products have AR models?
Most — and we’re adding new models continuously.
Items that support AR will have an “AR-Enabled” badge and a “View in Your Space” button on the product page.
Can I change the color or fabric in AR?
Right now AR shows the product in the primary finish/fabric selected on the product page.
More material options for AR previews are coming soon.
How does the Free Design Service work?
Every purchase includes a complimentary interior design rendering for the room where the piece will be placed.
After checkout you’ll receive a link to:

Upload photos or a video of your room

Add dimensions and your style preferences

Receive your custom room plan and styling recommendations
Can I use the Free Design Service before I purchase?
The service is available after a purchase is made, but you can reach out anytime for basic style guidance or sizing support before buying.

How long does the design plan take?
Design plans are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after you upload your room information.
What if I’m unhappy with the design plan?
You can request one complimentary revision so that the plan better reflects your personal style and space needs.
Can I return a product if it doesn’t look right in my space?
Yes — although customers who use AR placement and the design service see dramatically fewer returns.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States (contiguous 48 states).
Expanded delivery zones are coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines vary by product and will be shown at checkout.
Products marked “In Stock” typically ship within 3–7 business days.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos and we’ll make it right immediately.
